Work with internal SharePoint Specialists to assess the current SharePoint Site and determine most efficient way to accomplish the business requirements Must be efficient in developing custom workflows Must be efficient in developing custom views Must be capable of developing multi-level approval workflows (i.e. approval chain) Must be capable of routing to the specific Approvers for review and comment Must be capable of developing workflows with the ability to enter comments/feedback and automatically route the updated document back to originator when it is saved by the Approver Must be capable of developing workflows that provide document status options to the Approver (i.e. APPROVED, REVIEWED, COMMENTS ATTACHED). Must be capable of developing Custom Audit Views for Tasks (i.e. timestamps to reconstruct a timeline for the workflow and create an audit trail.) Job Description: A major aspect of the upgrade is a SharePoint Site that is being used to manage documentation, deliverables, workflows, custom views, dashboards, etc. The Consultant will be serving as the SharePoint Developer for this critical upgrade to ensure that the project documentation, deliverables, etc. are managed and signed off appropriately.
