Please let me know, If you have any suitable consultants available on the below urgent requirement Title : SQL DBA/Golden Gate Engineer Location : San Jose, CA (Must be Local to CA) Start Date : ASAP Duration : 6 + months Must be Local to CA Phone screen followed by In-person interview Need two professional references from recent projects Key Qualifications and Requirements: 1. 2 ~ 3 years experience of Goldengate replication setup, configuration, troubleshooting and production support on SQL/Oracle expected, GG version 10.0 and above preferred. 2. 5+ yrs solid knowledge and 24x7 production support experiences on MS SQL 2000/2005/2008. 3. 5+ yrs H/A, clustering, Log Shipping and SQL Mirroring etc experiences expected. 4. 5+ yrs database performance analysis, monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting and optimization expected. 5. 3+ yrs T-SQL database programming, task automation and MOM/SCOM experience preferred. 6. Participation in disaster recovery, database outage maintenance and oncall support. 7. Highly organized, self-driven, reliable, quick learner, good communication and team player. 8. Contractor position based in Omaha (Q4/2009 ~ Q2/1010 for now, budget ~ 30k/quarter) and flexible to work with other DBA's in different time zones globally. 9. Bachelors degree in CS/IS/MIS, advanced degree preferred. 10. Must be a quick learner. While Golden Gate experience is strongly desired, we will consider candidates with experience from Microsoft native replication or 3rd party tools (ex. SharePlex etc), but you will be required to learn Golden Gate.
