This person should be well versed Oracle eBusiness Suites Financial Applications and possess excellent written and communication skills. *Responsibilities * · Lead a team of five Oracle EBS Financial analysts to perform the following: · Resolve support events within Service Level Agreement time frames. · Assess and triage production issues. Escalate issues to management as appropriate. · Deliver defect-free enhancements that are compliant with industry and application best practices. · Using metric based support methodology and tools, perform analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues. · Proactively provide guidance and consulting to the client on Oracle opportunities, risks, challenges, etc. that impact the organization. · Establish a solid communication plan that improves customer satisfaction with end user community and client IT management. · Develop an approach to provide valuable, continuous training for team members.
