Sharpeoint 2013 SEARCH: must be familiar with concepts for results ranking and content targeting (example: if someone in Brazil (Portuguese Speaking) is searching for a document, the English version of the document does not need to populate). 2. Sharepoint ONLINE (365): POC is in place, but may have pitfalls, so this person will need help. Must have experience with Sharepoint Online Authentication (a security expert is not needed, but must understand how the stack works) 3. Sharepoint Governance: Need this person to regulate this – install a governance model to drive high quality content & maintain high quality content. (document retention, document policies); includes security models of provisioning the right content to the right people based on rules/permissions, etc. 4.
