*Please send resume to **[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Job Title: Business Analyst Position* *Location: Columbus, OH* *Duration: 3 months* *Direct Client Position* *In person interview* *Client: State of OH* *Rate: $50/hr on C2C* *Scope of work * *The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.* *Strong communication/ leadership skills. * *Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation experience. * *Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines. * *Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills. * *Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. * *Have strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and/or user requirements. * *Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. * *Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably using the English language.* *Four (4) years experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the past eight (8) years.* *Four (4) years experience eliciting and defining system and user requirements through observation, interviews, and analysis. * *Four (4) years experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment.* *4.
