This is for my direct client opening for an *SAP HCM – Atlanta, GA. This is a **12+ month’s* contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. Functional Consultant OR Technical Consultant with understanding of Functionality and capability to do hands-on customization of *HCM* * * The ESS/MSS is based on ABAP backend and ABAP/Java front end exposed via SAP Enterprise Portal (ABAP or Java Webdynpro). *HCM Processes And Forms consists from 3 parts*: 1. SAP HR backend (R/3) 2. SAP Workflow on R/3 side. 3. Adobe Forms as a way to input and show the data. 4. SAP Enterprise portal to expose Adobe Forms via Adobe Forms Service + UWL to work with workflow. The skill set for candidate should be similar to the following (high-level - SAP HR, ESS/MSS, Adobe Interactive forms, HCM Processes and Forms): 1. Expertise in HCM process and forms configuration 2. Minimum 4 years experience in SAP ABAP application development on Version 4.7 or greater. Two years in ECC 6.0 3. Experience in SAP HCM 4.7/ECC 5.0/ECC 6.0 with PA, OM ,TM modules 4. Experience in ESS and MSS modules 5. Worked on ABAP Objects, Adobe forms, SAP Workflows 6. Worked on SMART FORMS. 7. Experience in development using User Exits/BADI’s, BAPI’s. 8. Worked on WebDynpros, portal content and UWL management- Setup necessary portal roles MSS,HR admin etc optional if this will be done by portal team. 9.
