Systems Architect
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews, plans, and evaluates network\data systems. May troubleshoot
network\data systems and recommend improvements to network. Provides
documentation/project tracking and management reporting. Provides tactical
and strategic input on overall network planning and related projects. May
require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5 years of
experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the
field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and
judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated
tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a
project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is
expected.

Additional skills: *Strong background in systems performance engineering
(PE); including, but not exclusive to, design of performance analysis,
definition of performance requirements, performance test environment design
and implementation* - 5 years or more in management or leadership of
technical resources or technology projects - Experience in delivering
performance engineering services within large healthcare is preferred
- *Experience
in demonstration of ability to design and develop strategic PE solutions -
Strong systems development background with an emphasis on quality assurance
and SDLC methodologies - Experience in systems architecture and design with
emphasis in performance instrumentation and analysis - Strong communication
skills - Strong leadership skills*
