Please send only* QUALIFIED* candidates for these openings as sending non-qualified candidates simply makes my job more difficult. *****Send Professional References with Resume Submission* ** *Location: Radnor, PA* *Duration: 6 Months+ (Most likely through 2010)* *Title: GUI Designer/Developer* *Interview Process: * *Hourly Rate: $40-$45/hr (they have various "levels" of openings and the best way your can get your candidate in the door is to be as competitive as possible - they will only hire 1 person at the higher end of the rate range so if you send 3 candidates all at $45/hr they will be competiting against each other for 1 opening)* *Server Core developer (4 Openings) * - 5-7 years experience. - Need to know scheduling and threading. - Need to know how to develop a User Interface (UI). - These are not standard java developers who have years and years of java and web service development. - They want someone who has built several UI apps in java or C++. - MUST know Graphical User Interfaces (GUI). *Front End Developers (4 Openings) * - 5 -7 years experience. - Need to know how UI's work and how to implement them. - These folks will be drawing screens, understanding how it should rotate and doing workflows for an app that happens to be in java. - Again, they do not want Java developers with struts and hibernate or developers who have simply worked with web pages, inserting data into a database which then draws a webpage. - These folks should be worried about PIXL Level. They must be strong with GUI Graphical User Interfaces (GUI)!!!
