Identifies and documents the current technical environment.
Collects and organizes data around the technical environment (e.g.,
hardware specs, software, table sizes, # transactions).
Conducts interviews to gather technical requirements.
Supports the technical architects.ALSO OPEN TO GCP/SUB-K Coordination CAAM
Area Test and Production Change Records.
Conduct CAAB meetings Partner with work efforts to determine change
management approach.
Partner with other process areas on maturing service management
*Primary Skill* - Service Transformation
Technical analysts also must possess excellent problem solving skills, and
proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access is also recommended. Microsoft
windows.
