Interfaces with business unit partners 9some technical in nature) to update/revise documentation to reflect the most effective and concise terminology. *Our ideal candidate has all of these technical qualifications:* · Experience writing SOP docs for business processes. · Able to articulate basic concepts of the business unit for which the SOP is being written. · Basic understanding of process maps and being able to interpret into SOP document. · B.S. or higher in EE, CS, or equivalent. *Our ideal candidate has all of these basic qualifications:* · Work closely with various stakeholders/teams to create and review your deliverables. · Stay aware of industry trends and best practices, to enhance and evolve our documentation process. · Be a self-starter, able to take a project and run with it. · Manage time and projects effectively, juggling multiple projects and deliverables. *Assignment:* · The candidates will be working with credit business to create SOP documents based off of existing process maps. *Top Requirements:* · Excellent written/verbal skills. · Need to understand business processes. *Preferred:* · Solid Grammar. *Day to day:* · Working with BU and/or my team, dissecting process maps, writing process documents.
