*Functional/SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant:*

*Ideal candidate will be able to independently plan for activities related
to their own work stream for the full lifecycle of the project supported by
the project manager. *

*In addition to planning, functional consultants are expected to perform
following activities:*

*•             To-be process design using best practice guidelines*

*•             Map to-be processes to SuccessFactors design workbooks*

*•             Configure SuccessFactors to meet requirements*

*•             Produce Functional, Integration and UAT scenarios*

*•             Assist with cutover planning*

*                Provide post go-live support*
