Analyze business requirements and profile data sources to develop conceptual data model, data flow diagrams and ETL process models. Design and support developed of generic and parameterized ETL jobs to extract, transform and load data from multiple data sources, leveraging on data, pipeline and component parallelism. Design and support developed of UNIX wrappers handling dependency, error, recovery, cleanup etc to run generic and parameterized graphs. Use EME to create, modify, and manage the metadata and perform other release and version management tasks including ETL code deployments, etc. Provide support for unit, integration and user acceptance testing with the development of test cases and generation of test data. Work collaboratively with managers and data modelers to help with all aspects of design and delivery of data integration strategies. Act as single point of contact for ETL, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, performing work estimation, prioritization and task delegation. Having Banking domain knowlede is added advantage.
