Worked as a business analyst on at least 3 comparable projects within the last 5 years ? Core business analysis skills including documentation and specification skills, analysis skills, visual modeling, facilitation and elicitation skills, and business analysis tools ? General management skills including self-management, project management and skills for engaging with stakeholders ? Strong communication and validation skills Preferred: *? Experience with Microsoft C#.Net* *? Experience with unit testing methodology* ? Experience with test driven design At a minimum, shall perform the following tasks: ? Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software. ? Define the business problem and primary objectives of the project. Identify and validate the key business requirements. ? Lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts. ? Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk through and sign-off, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs ?
