*Position Title: *ETL Developer/ Ab Initio *Start Date:* ASAP *Duration:* 12 + months Allow Right-to-Hire: YES *Location:* MD-Silver Spring: Position Description: Lead ETL Developer ? Ab Initio As a Lead ETL developer, you will serve as a hands-on Technical (ETL) Project Lead to deliver multiple projects. As a lead you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting complex applications. The candidate will be working closely with other ETL Leads/Managers. Will also be responsible to perform detailed data requirements analysis and create design specifications & operational documentation, serve as subject matter expert on assigned Production Services processes, products and technologies to all areas of the business. Analyze requirements and provide work effort estimate. ?e to perform data requirements analysis and create design specification & operational documentation. ?e Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned Projects, Production Services processes, products and technologies to all areas of the business. ?e Analyze functional requirements, mapping documents, assist in problem solving and trouble shooting. ?e Coding, testing, modifiying, debugging, documenting and implementation of Ab Initio Graphs. ?e Act as a mentor to other ETL resources. ?e Monitor systems and utilization for performance and capability trends, pro-actively identify and implement corrective measures based on gathered metrics to prevent impact to internal processes or clients. Work with different application groups and deliver effective solutions. ?e Assist in technical specifications and other deliverable documents. ?e Develop test cases and plans to complete the unit testing. Support System testing. ?e Work with multiple teams and report to technical leads. ?e Able to work in multiple projects simultaneously. ?e Production support and maintenance of applications. ?e Performance Tuning of Ab Initio graphs, processes and load routines. Bachelor!|s Degree in Computer Science or related area of study. ?e 4 + years of experience working with large scale applications. ?e 4 + years of experience with Ab Initio tool set.
