*Job Description * Our IT Core Development team is seeking a Sr. Websphere Commerce Developer to ensure effective implementation of commerce, which include define commerce strategy, full lifecycle design, development and maintenance for TracFone brands. *Responsibilities:* · Design, develop and maintain Websphere Commerce applications for large scale initiatives. Anticipate issues and risks and escalate appropriately. · Support the full SDLC of storefront pages, store data, store business logic, customization of WebSphere Commerce tools, integration with back-end systems. · Mentor developers and lead mid-level planning exercises with developers. · Provide 3rd tier support for production systems. *Required Experience * · Overall 8 years of experience in application development · 3 to 4 years of expertise in WebSphere Commerce version 6.x or 7.x · At least 3-5 years experience in Rational Application Developer (RAD) or Eclipse based IDE. · Understanding of user interface coding and associated technologies, such as HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, DOJO and JQuery · Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and associated tooling such as Rational tool suite · Experience in working on different Business models of commerce (B2B, B2C, Extended sites) · Must have worked with source control/versioning tools like GIT, SVN or CVS · Ability to assess and optimize code for efficient performance · Understanding IBM Web Experience Factory · Understanding IBM Web Content Manager · Understanding design patterns and development frameworks -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
