*Position : Software Engineer in Test - Selenium Experience * *Location : Pittsburgh, PA * *Duration : 3-6 Months Interview : Phone * *Job Description* • As a Software Engineer in Test (SET) for our Engineering Productivity team you will be instrumental in contributing to our engineering drive towards Continuous Delivery. • The SET will work closely with the other members of the team, business owners, stakeholders from development, and other R&D team members as you play a major role in helping scale our release cadence. • This work includes automation test planning and strategy, creation of automation suites, and deployment automation to get our new features out the door. • Bring your creativity, break-it mentality, strong communication skills, technical abilities, and desire to learn quickly, and join us as we solidify our position as the leaders in e-Discovery. *Job Responsibilities* • Work -with team members to test new features and participate in project management activities in addition to normal test activities. • You will be expected to be able to test the full stack of technology. • Develop an automated test harness and leverage best practices for easy regression testing in a continuous delivery environment. • Work with remote team members to deliver high quality projects on time. • Identify opportunities for process, tools and test methodology improvements and drive those from concept to implementation. • To be a subject matter expert on automated testing practices. *Job Requirement* • BS or BA in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 3-5 years of Software development/testing and automation experience required. • 3-5 years’ experience with object oriented programming using C# or Java. • 3-5 years’ experience with scripting languages such as Java Script. • Experience working in an agile environment delivering tests in a Continuous Integration environment • Good experience working on Windows and .NET platform. • Deep knowledge of Internet technologies is required. • Ability to ramp up quickly on any type of new technology (from hardware to software infrastructure to core technology). • Proven track record in handling multiple, complex projects/releases and keeping track of details of each test cycle in parallel. • Excellent understanding of testing concepts, test methodologies and how test fits into the SDLC. • Good understanding of object oriented programming with strong coding and debugging abilities. • Ability to leverage and integrate different industry-level automation frameworks/tool practices. • Strong knowledge of and experience with test automation techniques and testing tools is required • Familiarity with industry best practices for quality management is a plus. • Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment. *Plus Skills* • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases & XML preferred. • Experience with Java Script frameworks such as jQuery or ExtJS. • Experience writing automated tests with Selenium. • Experience working in an agile environment delivering tests in a Continuous Integration environment Regards Sandeep Chauhan Technical Recruiter VSG Business Solutions 221, Cornwell Dr, Bear, DE 19701 Contact No.: 302-261-3207 X 103 Email: sandee...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
