*PLEASE NOTE – manager indicated via email they will be considering local/regional candidates to the Lexington, KY area first.* *If a candidate is available to meet on-site for an interview, please disclose that information in advance.* Position Title: Database Admin Location: Lexington, KY Duration: 12 months (extendable) Contract Phone or FTF Interview: Phone/FtF preferred This position will assist an application development team to create and tune an Oracle RDS replica of core system data used in a customer facing portal. *KEYS TO THIS POSITION: * 1. Candidate must have Strong Oracle DBA experience and SQL Tuning 2. Candidate must have experience working with Oracle 11g, Linux, and SQL. 3. Must have excellent communication skills as we are looking for this resource to start as a Senior. They need to be able to take ownership of the work and work with others. Will work with development teams to fine tune the database for their applications. 4. AWS (amazon web services) required. 5.
