Ability to work with clients on both a technical and business level for designing and developing EDM solutions. * *Customer focused with excellent oral and written communication skills within a business and technical context. * *Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to function as a consultant to executive branch State agencies, EDM clients, and others as needed. * *Management prefers a minimum of 5 years of experience in information systems application development with a demonstrated concentration of experience with EDM applications.* *Experience with Generis CARA.
