I need help from our subs!! Our client has a 6-month engagement in the New
England area for a Business Analyst (Two positions) that MUST have Banking
experience. This is a highly-critical position/project with our client.
This person MUST have a consultative background and have excellent
communication skills!!

We have an urgent need for 2 BA's with Banking exp. The client is in New
England, but Mon to Thursday travel from the mid-West or East Coast is fine.
Rate is around $40/hr C2C (bill rate) and these are 6 month assignments.
Please advise if this is something you can assist with.
1. Experience with core Retail and/or Small Business origination and loan
accounting systems
2. Experience defining analytical and reporting requirements including
face-to-face meetings with business users and source system SME's
3. Experience mapping core banking systems data elements to a target
Dimensional data model including business rule capture
4. Experience with Basel II implementation
5. Excellent verbal and written communications
6. Experience writing SQL queries (especially with Oracle PL/SQL against a
dimensional data model)
7. Advanced Excel skills (custom filter, pivot tables, macros)
