Description
Several years of Design Contructs of Filenet and P8 an Absolute necessity.
Experience with PBM business model necessary.
Manages the development & implementation of the system infrastructure,
particularly for P8.
Leads cross-functional teams that design, develop, & implement systems
architecture & supporting infrastructure.
Manages the continuous enhancement of the systems infrastructure to meet
challenging business requirements.
Responsible for achieving financial objectives of approved systems plans.
Formulates & recommends standards for achieving maximum performance &
efficiency of the system. Participates in the planning for retirement of
systems programs, and migration of systems infrastructure. Participate in
cross-functional work groups to assess business needs, develop a systems
architecture strategy, & implementation plans. Determine feasibility, cost &
time required, compatibility with current system, and system capabilities.
Analyze, design and implement system architecture. Independently formulates
detailed program specifications using structured analysis & design. Write
documentation describing systems architecture, logic, coding, & corrections.
May develop user manuals & operating procedures. May train users & provide
technical assistance to resolve operating issues. Formulates and recommends
standards for achieving maximum performance and efficiency of the system.
Participates in the planning for retirement of systems programs, and
migration of systems infrastructure. Provide assistance to IS team members
with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems and/or
programming knowledge. Provide on-the-job training for new or less
experienced team members. Work on special projects as assigned.
Knowledge of XML, P8-Filenet, Spring framework, Hibernate a must
Knowledge of Maven, Hudson, FICO Rules Engine very highly preferred.
