Please let me know, If you have any suitable consultants available on the below urgent requirement Title : PL/SQL Developer - Oracle with Java/J2ee and Financial Exp Location : NYC Start Date : ASAP Duration : 3-6 months Must be Local to NYC Phone screen followed by In-person interview Need two professional references from recent projects Financial industry experiences a MUST! Highly skilled Oracle database developer with expertise in designing and developing high performance database back-ends to support a Java-based web services product. The ideal candidate must be hands-on and current with their technical experience. Financial and capital markets experience would be an asset. . 6 - 8 years of hands-on relational database design and development using Oracle RDBMS and supporting tools in the capacity of a development DBA. . Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and stored procedure development including formal database unit and integration testing a must . Demonstrated experience in high performance database designs and performance tuning from an application perspective . Strong proficiency with at least one scripting language, e.g., Korn Shell, used in the development of batch automation of data processes . Former experience with Java/J2EE design, implementation and debugging would be given strong consideration . Strong proficiency in open source development on a Windows and Linux platform using tools such as Eclipse, Spring, Hibernate, CVS or Subversion, Ant, Maven, JUnit, JBoss, . Strong interaction skills and excellent communications (verbal and written) . Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently with the ability to perform well under stress to deliver on committed timelines . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience; MS in Computer Science highly desirable Skills: Number of Years ERWIN 04-06 Yrs.
