Location: Richfield, MN


Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

   - Reports to Program Manager
   - Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Project Managers, and
   Developers to develop test plan
   - Responsible for delivering iterative test results/progress
   - Develop and maintains test scenarios, both manual and automated
   - Creates and maintains test plans, cases/scripts,  traceability matrix
   and various testing checklists
   - Manage test data requests for multiple teams to support development
   and QA testing, by either developing mock test data using PL SQL scripts or
   working with the upstream teams
   - Mentor QA testers to create an automated test approach
   - Works collaboratively with integrated enterprise systems to complete
   end-to-end testing
   - Responsible for platform environment validation throughout the
   deployment process
   - Produces statistics and track metrics on QA testing against the plan
   and drive improvement ideas based on those metrics
   - Proactively identify ways to improve quality of the platform.
   Continuously improve QA practices to improve teams productivity and product
   quality, including Agile practices and test automation
   - Support UAT activities with Business Analysts and Business Owners
   - Supports enterprise teams for security and performance testing

Skills Overview:

What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?

   1. 3+ years experience in managing and leading Quality Assurance teams
   driving implementation and maintenance of automation and manual testing
   efforts
   2. Knowledge and Hands on experience of using SQL which includes (Joins,
   Aggregates, Analytical Functions) is a must
   3. Testing experience of  web services is a must
   4. 5+ years in Quality Assurance and working within software industry in
   an Agiledevelopment environment, building web based systems. Waterfall
   environment is helpful as well
   5. Experience with Automation Tools such as QTP: Highly recommended
   6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
   7. Experience managing off-shore teams
   8. Knowledge and working experience of PL/SQL will be great to have
   9. Knowledge of ETL processing will be added advantage.
   10. Knowledge and Working experience in Core Java will be great to have
   11. Experience with cross-functional and remote teams for delivering
   quality products on a tight schedule.
   12. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical
   co-workers and customers
   13. Knowledge of testing with web services and troubleshooting issues
   14. The ideal candidate will have experience managing 5-8 concurrent
   projects
   15. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing
   their own workload as well as the workload of others on the team.
   16. Must be comfortable in an agile, fast-paced, evolving environment
   17. Great to have: Experience with project tracking software such
   as VersionOne or MS Project
   18. Great to have: Experience with bug tracking software such as
   Bugzilla or Jira

   1. Driving implementation and maintenance of automation and manual
