SUMMARY
Business Systems Analyst Level 4
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates
systems to parallel overall business strategies. May require an associate's
degree in a related area. 7- 8 years of experience in the field or in
related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server
concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of
others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of
creativity and latitude is expected.

Specific duties will include but not be limited to the following: • Conduct
joint application requirement (JAR) sessions to gather detailed requirements
and deliver detailed scope document. • *Lead joint application design (JAD)
sessions and deliver functional design documents*. • Develop multi-phased
test strategy covering unit test, system test, integration test, performance
test, and user acceptance test cycles. • Define and deliver sequence
diagrams showing all system interfaces for project detailing interface type
and direction of information. Other Requirements: • Located in Louisville •
Strong technology background to support wide variety of issues • Interest in
Project Management to support Project Managers in various tasks.
