Looking forward to hear from you... *Role: Senior MicroStrategy Developer/Tech Lead* *Location: Milpitas, CA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Rate: $/hr on C2C All Incl.* *Job Description:* · Minimum 7-10 years of experience. · Analysis, design and Implementation of BI application using Micro Strategy. · Good understanding on Micro Strategy Documents, Dynamic-dashboards, Flash-widgets, Reports, Prompts, Aggregation, Hierarchies and Filters. · Experience in creating visual dashboards and working with Business to gather the requirements. · Strong experience in designing and developing Micro strategy reports & dashboards, dynamic dashboards. · Candidate should have exposure to design metadata for facts/dimensions/public objects etc. · Candidate should have exposure on Analysis, design and construction of the metadata. · Candidate should be able to translate dimensional & relational models to Metadata. · Should have exposure to deploy MSTR metadata to Dev/Stage/Production. · Should have exposure to create new project based current metadata layer. · Should have exposure to configure metadata on MSTR server. · Candidate should have exposure to use Package to migrate between projects and should aware about dependency and resolving the same. · Should be able to use configuration package and migration of configuration settings. · Good understanding of selectors, graph selector, filters, data set stitching, data sets alignment etc. · Good understanding of data blending. Link different data sets in same dashboard. · Micro Strategy reports tuning. · Good understanding of PL/SQL. · Good knowledge on the concepts of Data Warehousing, Data Marts, Dimensional Modeling, Fact and Dimensional Tables. · Good communication. · Preferable domain – Finance.
