- Overall a total of 8+ years of experience
- *Primary (MANDATORY SKILL)*
- Done business analysis in large projects and complex organizations
- Have excellent knowledge of data warehouse and Business
Intelligence applications
- Solid knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts
- Experience in Enterprise Data Warehouse implemented in Oracle,
Teradata etc.
- Solid knowledge of PL/SQL
- Sound Knowledge Hadoop Data Analysis using technologies like HIVE &
PIG
- Can generate quick reports using Business Objects/Tableau
- *Secondary*
- Efficiently manage priorities and organize project deliveries &
tasks in an agile and demanding environment involving
cross-functional team
& multi-vendor
- Be technically adept to understand design, validate estimates and
exhibit technical smartness to clients
- Build excellent rapports with client through effective
communications and self-driven innovative solutions to client’s
pain points
- Experience in repair and warranty analytics
*Responsibilities*
- Acts as a liaison between end-users, technical analysts & IT delivery
team
- Work with business users to identify, define and document business
needs and objectives, current business process, problems, input and output
requirements, and levels of systems access
- Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new
systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design
fits the needs of the users
- Conducts impact analysis to assess the potential implications of
changes and documents impacted business rules, functions and requirements.
- Do data analysis in Hadoop as well as traditional data warehouse
system to validate the feasibility and impact of a requirement i.e.
change/new.
- Plans, organizes and conducts business requirement
gathering/improvement workshops and subsequent reviews
- Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system
functionality.
