Experience using EMF in ESB Toolkit *Bloomington, MNBizTalk Developer/Architect12 month contract* This position is primarily responsible for architecting, coding and testing of BizTalk 2010 solutions based on specific functional requirements while adhering to an enterprise architectural framework. Use of C# classes and SQL Server stored procedures are to be incorporated in the solution as applicable. This role requires working closely with the other team members and activately participate in design and development meetings. As such, verbal and written communication skills are very important. The role requires the candidate to be on-site 40 hours a week. *DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES* - Prepares technical design documents, this will include flowcharts diagrams to illustrate the system/process flow. - Actively assist in the architecture of new BizTalk solutions. - Actively paritcipates in the definition of strategies for exception management. - Responsible for configuring / tuning the BizTalk servers in the various evnrionments. This includes the DR environment. - Vision to understand interactions between various IT applications in order to anticipate any possible side effects for a proposed change. - Implements BizTalk solutions, C# classes, WCF web services. - Performs thorough unit and integration testing. - Implements code based on functional and technical requirements. - Assist in the troubleshooting of production issues; may require complex troubleshooting techniques. - Constant communication with Team Lead to help manage timelines and expectations. - Provides work estimates based on documented project scope. *REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* - 6+ years of experience working and configuring BizTalk 2010 or later - Excellent experience developing BizTalk solutions - Excellent experience creating, deploying, configuring and debugging Orchestrations, Transformations, Pipelines, Adapters and Schemas. - Experience and proficiency configuring and using ESB Toolkit 2.1.
