*Interview: Phone and In person required by the client* Tasks: • Develop End to End requirements for Portal automation • Develop Portal user interface requirements and assist with usability test designs and proof of concepts • Develop and document procedures and templates for maintenance of the Portal solution. • Analyze and recommend improvements to support Portals automation initiative, including supporting roadmapping activities. • Create all necessary documents and communicate to the team in support of the project. • Conduct training and knowledge transfer on new automation and processes for FTEs. Competencies: 1. The internal drive, intellectual curiosity, ability to learn, and desire to help the customers succeed 2. Strong Documentation and Presentation Skills 3. Strong technical skills 4. Comfortable working under Project Manager supervision 5. Ability to work proactively Specific Required Skills: 1. Lead Business Requirements engineer with a minimum of 8 years’ experience with: a. Knowledge of User Presentation Layer and Open Systems Portal technologies b. Strong experience with Requirements gathering and Process flow c. Strong usability requirements, design, and testing experience in a B2B Portals environment d. Strong technical documentation and Communications skills. e. Experience performing in-depth End to end Systems analysis 2. Platforms and their associated Operation Systems and Tools including: a. Liferay (required) (may consider other Portal technology) b. HP ALM (desirable) c. SharePoint d. PowerPoint and Microsoft office products e.
