Proficiency in SharePoint 2010/2013 Farm Architecture and Administration. Experience in Windows 2012 Administration. Proficiency in Web technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, css, HTML 5. Preferred candidates will have 6 or more years professional development experience using .NET technologies with VB.net, C# and/or ASP.NET. Experience with UI development (i.e.WebForms, JavaScript, DHTML/HTML, XML/XSLT) and business logic development. Preferred candidate will offer strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently without direct supervision. Excellent problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills. Critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level. Experience with design documentation, creation of mockups, requirements gathering and client interaction. Excellent written and oral communication skills with business users and IT developers Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or directly related degree required Ability to interact with multiple middle to senior level business stakeholders and solicit details about their data needs Ability to conduct interviews for “discovery" and convert them into functional and data flows Ability to develop detailed functional specifications Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, project teams and platform vendors to ensure end solution meet requirements Expertise in usability and accessibility of websites *Skills:* 1. Acumen for complex strategy, planning, problem solving discussions. 2. Ability to distill highly complex and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and high level decision makers. 3. Ability to work well with staff, contractors, and stakeholders. 4. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 5.
