Sr BA Contract Length: 6+ months, probably much longer
Location: St Paul, MN Looking for a BA with strong Data Analysis skills, someone with an accounting and finance background. Details: Manage and investigate various activity related to supporting Accounting and Shared Services initiatives as part of a larger conversions intitiative. Analyze and ensure appropriate requirements are developed, verify that new or changed programs meet the needs of the business users, develop comprehensive business requirements, data and process flows. Work directly with the Project Manager and the Accounting and Shared Services team to define these requirements and be able to clearly communicate changes and updates as needed. Lead requirement gathering meetings, be a key contact on providing support, ability to work independently and organize and plan activity accurately and on-time. Preferably experience in Accounting and data analysis (looking at data and potentially running queries) Demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and deliverables. Professional and persuasive verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) Strong ability to manage detailed requirements and work well under pressure Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment. Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, Treasury, Accounting and data analysis experience. ** Bachelors degree in business or accounting. ** Five years of experience preferred.
