No remote work.* *Cannot have more than 6 months cumulative outside the United States within the last five years.* *Job Description:* *The client seeks a Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Developer to complete the following:* · Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, package and deploy solutions to a client’s Salesforce.com organization. · Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client specific business needs and translate these into technical solutions. · Work as a member of a project team developing Apex and Visualforce new functionality and enhancing existing functionality. · Design and deploy high quality, scalable code. · Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com applications and other systems as may be required by clients. · Ensure that documentation of Apex code, as well as application use and flow, is accurate and well written. *Supplier will provide personnel with the following qualifications and skills to perform the Services:* *Required Skills:* · 2+ years experience developing in/working with *Salesforce CRM software*. · 2+ years of coding experience in any of the following technologies: o Java o .NET o PHP o Python o Ruby o The Force.com framework (Apex and Visualforce). · Experience in application development and integration using Salesforce.com’s SOAP, REST and Bulk API. · Ability to demonstrate critical, analytical thinking in all aspects of the job – technical and non-technical. · Ability to be highly productive, both working independently and in close collaboration within a team environment. · Ability to multi-process and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. · Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical, staff and managerial), and in a wide range of settings (e.g., one-on-one, small group, in person, conference calls and via e-mail) *Preferred Skills:* · Four year (Bachelor degree) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in IT, or 10 years of work related experience in lieu of degree. · Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project). · Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. · Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, oral and written communication skills to include ability to facilitate meetings comprised of business and IT representatives. · Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment · Strong written and verbal communication (ability to translate between business and technical concepts) Best Regards, *Fredric Miller | Sr. Recruiter*Pull Skill Technologies, Inc.
