*Duration: 9 months* *MAKE SURE CANDIDATE IS LOCATED IN USA FROM PAST 5 YEARS WITHOUT TRAVELLING MORE THAN 6 MONTHS* *Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years.)* *MUST BE CSM Certified.* The client seeks a certified ScumMaster with a technical apps background with consulting and PM/scrum skills to lead a technical applications effort in Eagan, MN. This on site Eagan resource will build relationships with existing client to recommend and secure follow on work, as well as continuing to understand the technical applications in the environment. *Required Skills:* • 5+ years’ experience leading a small to mid-sized development team. • Experience consulting on applications development enhancements and innovation, with the goal of making recommendations and growing business with client. o Candidate must have development experience with 10+ years’ experience with two or more common development languages/platforms (Java, Oracle, etc.) • Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner with an interest or experience in Continuous Integration techniques. • Proven ability to manage multi-location resources. • Proven ability to coordinate with vendors/drive timelines • Experience interacting with clients and project stakeholders including HR Product Owners, Portfolio, Program Managers to help coordinate Agile across the large program at wide range of leadership levels. • Experience performing initial Agile team assessments and recommend and assist with the implementation of Agile team structure. • Experience guiding project team and key stakeholders in the definition of the Project Vision, Goals, and Objectives. • Pro-actively identify changes in project scope and potential crises, and assist the project team to devise contingency plans.
