*Job description*
Firmware Engineers will be developing Wireless Data Card for wireless data
devices and applications for to wirelessly access the Internet from
virtually anywhere with any WiFi-enabled device worldwide using advanced
wireless networks such as GSM, GPRS, CDMA, UMTS and EV-DO and HSDPA. As a
Firmware Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing, designing,
developing, integrating, validating, and certifying software of Wireless
Data Card product.
*Qualifications ***
· Strong C, C++ programming skills in embedded RTOS environment
· Good knowledge of software development lifecycle
· Excellent coding, documentation, and debugging practices
· Must have ability to debug complex hardware/software interactions
in an embedded RTOS environment working alongside hardware design team
· Good communication skills to convey status and issues effectively
*Specific Skills*
· Minimum of 2 years Qualcomm AMSS code development
· UART/GPIO
· Device driver programming
· Data stack and socket services programming
· SMS handling
