Consultant for AE Performance Management Program
*Objective*
The first phase will focus on the evaluation of existing custom applications
that support existing quality management processes including but not limited
to performance management. This will include *code review, documentation,
time and resource estimates, as well as recommendations for rewrite and/or
migration to existing corporate applications*
AE seeks a consultant who is an *expert in systems analysis and application
development*. Expertise should be exhibited in:
*Prior recent development experience, preferably for a utility company using
Java, Ext JS, Eclipse, SVN, Hibernate, Struts and Cold Fusion. Previous work
experience should clearly demonstrate expert level qualifications with these
tools*
The second phase will focus on taking documented recommendations developed
in phase one and developing and implementing the proposed solutions
