Experience in BPM production implementation activities *Job Description* IBM BPM Functional Analyst with the following experience and demonstrated capabilities: - Understands the functionalities and capabilities of IBM Business Process Manager V8.5 Standard Edition for delivering BPM workflow solutions - Leads and facilitates the process discovery phase of IBM BPM projects; discovers, defines, analyzes and improves complex business processes - Designs appropriate future state processes, recommend feasible alternatives within project scope which address project goals - Creates all functional deliverables, including but not limited to prioritized requirements and process inventory, requirements definitions, current state process documentation, future state process design using IBM BPM, detail functional designs, user stories, screen designs, data model mappings, rules articulation, test cases with clear acceptance criteria - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills applied to business user workshops and functional artifact delivery - Performs unit, integrated and user test planning, execution and results tracking for designed solutions - Team oriented and can work independently; generally self-sufficient/able to perform most tasks with limited assistance Thanks & Regards, Sony Singh E-Solutions Inc 2 N.
