Provides IT systems support that may include duties such as installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing. Also performs quality assurance processes to effectively manage system availability and improve operations. Ensures adherence to defined VPN Engineering Processes and identifies and helps influence platform strategic direction in coordination with business user needs and direction. Includes high-level support of networks, such as VPN administration, upgrades, configuration, and performance and tuning.
