IBM Websphere Portal Version 6x). ** **b. Must design using efficient/effective code - HTML, XHTML, Javascript, XML and other Eisai standards. ** **c. Must create/acquire professional graphics or obtain non-proprietary photographs for the web portal ** **d. Must be able to work in support of a structured application development process & adhere to company Change Control procedures. ** **e. Should know the standard differences in style, functionality & performance between portlets/portals. ** **f. Should know how to design/develop portlets/portals optimized based on the current Eisai standards (eg. Internet Explorer 6) and follow best practices to migrate/upgrade to the next approved versions or releases. ** **g. Must be responsible for documenting, supporting, maintaining and updating the applications in the portal environment. ** **h. Must be able to multi-task & work in a team environment wherein mentoring & training of team members or end-users is needed. ** **i.
