This is for direct client opening for a *Data Warehouse Tester –
Reston, VA.This is an 8
months* contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. Local candidates
preferred
*DUTIES:***
- Data Warehouse Tester will work on Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW) projects
in support of FAS140/FIN46 initiative.
- Data Warehouse tester will be responsible for:
1. Design, implement, and execute integration test scenarios for FAS140
applications,
2. Develop Integration test suite and corresponding test data sets as
well as supporting documentation for SDLC needs.
3. Support TEST environment setup and maintenance as required in
support of Project integration testing
4. Automate testing processes and build tools to facilitate data
validation tests.
- Should be flexible with the shift schedules and able to provide support
between 6 AM to 12 AM as per the given shift schedule.

- As Test Engineer the Data Warehouse tester need DataStage, UNIX and
Mainframe skills and well versed with test management tools like Quality
center, QTP and defect management tools Clear Quest.
- Must know data ware house concepts and ETL knowledge.
