Looking forward to hear from you... *Role: OnBase - ECM* *Location: Boston, MA* *Duration: 6 Months* *Rates: $/hr on C2C All Incl.* *Interview process: Phone and Skype* *Principal Duties and Responsibilities:* · Conduct onsite discovery meetings with key customer stakeholders to determine functional requirements for the implementation of their OnBase solution. · Generate a written report documenting requirements for building the process solution, with oversight from other team members. · Present documentation on solution requirements to key customer stakeholders for validation and approval. · Design solution using a set of OnBase software modules, applying solid OnBase technical knowledge. · Implement solution based on the documented requirements; implementation could involve installing new, upgrading existing, or a consulting assessment of, OnBase ECM software. · Conduct on-site training of customer users and of customer appointed OnBase system administrators. · Support customer testing initiatives; troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. · Migrate solution into production environment; support customer throughout "go-live" process. · Maintain a high degree of proficiency with OnBase modules and their appropriate application to ECM requirements. *Position Requirements:* · Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science. · Experience working in the software industry implementing or integrating *with Accenture Duck Creek Claims – MUST HAVE.* · Advanced skills in working with and configuring Windows OS. · Significant experience with configuring, designing and deploying software in the context of a project. · Advanced skills working with relational database management systems. · Advanced skills working with Windows server architecture and network topology design. · Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully to team as well as with other areas.
