2. Required experience – 10 to 15 years or more implementing Oracle
HR and related modules
3. Required experience – 3 years or more of implementing Fusion HCM –
Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation Management, Performance
Management, Taleo.
Job requirements
a. Work with client to collect and document business requirements
b. Develop business solution designs to ensure that business
requirements are met
c. Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client
regarding best practices
d. Configure the Cloud/Fusion HCM Application based on client
requirements, signed-off design and best practices
e. Document and performing application set ups for test instances
f. Review application set up and configuration with the appropriate
client lead to obtain sign off
g. Raise issues and create resolutions to ensure adherence to project
schedule
h. Work with respective client functional lead to ensure knowledge
transfer
i. Participate with the respective client functional lead
throughout system testing.
j. Provide guidance to the respective client functional lead in the
preparation of training materials and class agendas
