*Role : Java Developer with HealthcareDuration : 6+ MonthLocation : Charlotte, NC* *Top Three Skills:* - Java development, exposure to full SDLC - Selenium - Cucumber (a plus) - Coachable, eager, wants to ultimately consider full-time status - Ability & desire to code Automated Testing Scripts from the Web Services layer of the Java application to the front-end. *Job Description:* Team of 8-10 Java developers has just completed a Proof of Concept and are now going to build a new User Interface. The ultimate goal of the project is to create a central repository for the automated scripts. Future state will be that any new development done within the company will have to utilize these Java-written-scripts; no manual testing will be present (currently there are 4000+ manual scripts) Candidates will be responsible for developing/writing Java code in mostly the front-end layer (user interface), but need to have experience writing and testing code in all the service layers of an application. *Additional Information:* Candidates will have to test some of their own code as well. Work Environment: Client is a fast-paced (ambitious deadlines) development company. Agile methodology 3nvironment, 10-day sprints, typically 3-5 stories per sprint. and typically work with tight deadlines.
