*Please send resume to **[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Job Title: Business Analyst w/GIS* *Location: Raleigh, NC* *Duration: 12 Months* *Direct Client Position* *Client: State of NC* *In person interview* *The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking a Business Analyst contractor for an approximately 12 month engagement in the Department's PMO organization in support of the TOP3S Project as Business Analyst. * *The Business Analyst will be responsible for development of business requirements, test plans, test scripts and assisting with maintenance of project management tracking. This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis, testing and has a basic understanding of project management and system development life cycle as well as porting efforts from legacy applications to new solutions. The individual must have proven experience with enterprise level development projects.
