I will submit all qualified candidates.* Performs simple to complex BW development for reports, and cube development. This position would assist the other BW developers on issues as needed. BW development solutions based on business requirements, internal business knowledge, integration requirements, and links to future system upgrades and possible future business needs. Capable of accurately interpreting business requirements and developing appropriate configuration even though specifications may be vague or incomplete. Works with developers from multiple teams to define and perform long-chain tests in the development environment as they relate to BW. Job specifications: Helps business identify long chain scenario tests as they relate to BW. Completes detailed white box testing of configuration design solutions. Completes detailed test plans for extracts, loads and BW Highly interactive role with Business resources to plan and execute tests of new and existing configuration. Coordinates complex problem resolution across multiple teams Provides support to the business in development of the transition and cut-over plans. Monitors data loads, researches load failures and resolves issues. Maintains production load schedule. Works with Basis to perform BW Application Upgrades and Hot Pack/Patches. Presents conceptual overviews of SAP to all levels of management. Has self-directed contact with Business resources to propose solutions. Identifies and proposes opportunities for business optimization based on technological upgrades. Leads cross-functional teams in the evaluation of new functionality. Assess the technical feasibility of new functionality, bolt-on applications, or interfaces. Performs broad evaluations of SAP functionality and upgrades including functions extending beyond their direct functions. Assists with developing preliminary cost estimates for implementing new functionality or upgrades. Consulting skills are cross-functional. Consults with cross-functional business experience. Reviews design and configuration work of other developers to identify and resolve integration issues with related functionality. Participates and/or leads on integration review teams. Is fully aware of integration points between his/her functional area and others. Tech Review member Consider Interaction and Integration of configuration design solutions.. Able to read, debug, propose changes to, and create detailed ABAP specs SAP/BW certified. Documented experience is a good substitute for certification. Knowledgeable about SAP/BW new dimension and future release functionality. Has business knowledge across several areas. Has specific Chemical Industry experience. Has SAP knowledge and has been working with BW/SAP and has a strong understanding of more than one functional area. Knowledgeable about SAP new dimension and future release functionality.
