Participate in all phases of the software development cycle. The resource will be responsible for software engineering for new and existing products and works with the entire project team to ensure development conforms to performance optimization and interoperability standards and requirements. Working with DOT staff, this individual will:* *Plan: Assist solution architects in translating requirements into technical specifications and data models for assigned project and work efforts.
