Assists in problem resolution. Develops and distributes reports from data associated with their area of responsibility. Participates in special projects as assigned. Assist in the deployment of code for Impact and Quickstart applications in the various environments: Development, QA and Model. This candidate will serve in a production support role for Accident & Health Underwriting systems. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: 1. Facilitate the build and deployment for code for the 'Impact' system in support of both the production and development environments. Impact s is a web based application developed in JAVA on Websphere 6.1 servers. This includes management or version control of code through the version control tool, PVCS. 2. Facilitate the build/deployment of code for the internal web site, A&H Sales Center. This includes checking in files through the version control tool, PVCS. 3. Assist in daily reconciliation of any items relating to reporting and balancing of the Impact Cycle. 4. Assist in resolution of problem tickets. 5. Develop script for data base patches to the Impact Sybase environment. 6. Manage the deployment of data manipulation changes for Impact. 7.
