Deep understanding of Microsoft AD including but not limited to GPO, schema, registry, programming interface with AD. . Deep understanding of the mail system including the Microsoft Exchange, standard SMTP, programming or scripting to automate the Monitoring, integration of the SMTP mail flow and MAPI applications. . Good understanding of mail architecture, mail backbone, and mail architecture design. . Good understanding of administration scripts and language such as VB, VB script. . Good understanding of network. . Outstanding and logical troubleshooting skill for the 3rd level support. . Good understanding of LDAP and be able to programming or scripting for LDAP administration and management. . Good understanding of WEB, especially Microsoft IIS. . Basic knowledge of the server hardware is a must. Understanding of the storage such as SAN, NAS etc. is a plus. . Good team player. . A good IT staff to accomplish tasks or performs research independently. . Flexible to work in NY and NJ offices. Extra . Experience and knowledge of Quest QMM is definitely a plus. . Good understanding of SQL, SQL database, database query. The understanding of any other databases is a plus. . The skill and capacity of Mail backbone architecture engineering and designing is a plus. . The skill and capacity of Microsoft AD architecture engineering and designing is a plus.
