*MUST HAVE SERVICE CLOUD WITH CTI EXPERIENCE* Client Location: *Boca Raton, Florida* Duration: *5 months+ extension(s) possible* *Skype Interview* Our client is looking for a *Senior SFDC Developer* with strong integration experience with SalesForce (SFDC) experience. Qualified candidates must possess the following: *Required Skills:* - UI-Extensive knowledge on CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, AJAX, JAVASCRIPT remoting, JSON and XML etc. - Able to integrate UI with salesforce. - Integrating experience is extremely important - MUST have - Complete knowledge on SERVICE CLOUD with CTI. Should be proficient in using events, service cloud toolkit, custom console components etc. - Integration Experience required. SOAP, REST web services (Salesforce is integrated with 5 other applications). Deep Knowledge on Apex, Visual Force, Triggers, batch apex, workflow rules, validation rules, approval process, roles and hierarchies, reports and dashboards, permissions and platform limitations. - Gathering requirements and Client Interaction required on a daily basis. - Experience with data loader and data migration. - Should be able to maintain the application and perform bug fixes for the existing code.
