Long-Term Contract
- Intensive experience in the analysis, design, implementation,
administration and governance of large, complex SharePoint deployments
- Extensive experience with SharePoint including all of the following:
- SharePoint Server 2007, 2010 and SharePoint 2013
- SharePoint Web Part and Workflow Development
- Experience utilizing XML/XSL/XSD, web services, InfoPath and
SharePoint Designer
- ASP.NET 3.5 or 4.0
- .NET / C#
- Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Server
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft's "Wave 15” products and features
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft's Cloud strategy and capabilities
*Business Analysis Specific (Required) (30-40% of work activity)*
- The ideal BA/SharePoint Developer candidate will meet with business
customers, define process flows of the business operations, gather business
requirements, develop business documentation, system test, support QA
testing, and assist in implementation of business/technical solutions
- Identify business process, and design solutions to business problems.
The candidate will analyze business and user needs, and document
specifications to meet those needs, identify data collection strategies to
expand and populate various system.
- Actually develop the technical solution through SharePoint
- Conduct user testing to ensure proper functionality prior to
implementation.
* Skills for Development and Business Analysis*
- High Availability: Experience with designing and implementing highly
available SharePoint solutions (including SQL) using industry standard
solutions, including Microsoft Clustering Virtualization:
- General experience with virtualization technologies from industry
leaders such as VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix.
- Specific experience with virtualizing the components of a SharePoint
installation would be highly desirable.
- Data Protection: Ability to develop and implement a data protection
(backup/restore) solution for SharePoint installations.
- Application Integration: SharePoint integration experience with other
Microsoft and non-Microsoft applications
- Strong knowledge and experience in business process improvement and
implementation of systems
- Analyzes business processes/functions
- Gathers detailed business requirements
- Performs gap analysis of business requirements and package software
- Understands how to identify issues across systems and data integration
- Has experience with Use Case design/analysis/specifications
- Develops and executes system test plans
*General Skills and Experience*
- Minimum of 5 -8 years BA experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years of Development experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within our
client
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to show / develop executive
presence
- Outstanding documentation capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills, both in leading meetings and presenting
to groups
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams
- Active passion and experience in innovative technologies
- Detail oriented and organized in professional and personal pursuits
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively multitask
- Has a history of successful customer relationship and satisfaction
