Someone who can take business requirements/vision and translate them into portal solutions. Websphere Portal 6.x design experience is a MUST. Someone with a background in photography or graphic design would be great...someone who can create themes, skins, etc. to tell the story well with graphics. They want someone to come in, look at the current theme of the portal, make decisions/evaluations about it and offer solutions/recommendations. They will look at the portal, and starting from the ground up, make recommendations for the overall theme for portal...will talk to multiple business groups and dictate what needs to happen. Someone aware of the value of asthetics, graphics. Independent worker. Someone who doesn't mind being very busy. Someone who is able to drive standards. They want to get away from a website...make it a true portal.
