*• Cannot have more than 6 month’s travel outside the United States within

*Job Description:*

*Preferred Skills:*

• Applications development experience.

• Certified ScrumMaster by the Scrum Alliance or commensurate experience
with an interest or experience in Continuous Integration techniques.

o Provide as necessary the structure and ad-hoc training in Agile
principles and practices, including Scrum, Product Ownership, and Program
Management.

o Facilitate and assist in the definition of project scope, including the
creation of User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Product Backlogs, Defect
Backlogs, Release Plans, Backlog Prioritization, as well as identifying key
dependencies and risks.



• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
field.

• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving
environment.

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

• Able to adhere to client development standards and SOX compliance.

• Mainframe knowledge is a plus.



*Required Skills:*

• 5+ years’ experience as a Lead Business Analyst

o Defines and documents customer business functions and processes

o Consults with management and personnel to identify, define and document
business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems,
input and output requirements, and levels of systems access

o Lead requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that
requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible,
traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable

o Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems
and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the
needs of the users

o Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business
specifications

• 3+ years’ experience leading a medium-sized applications development team
o Demonstrated ability to lead and direct the work of others and manage
multiple assignments with excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals
of the client.

o Experience in applications development environment including new
development, enhancements and production fixes with the goal of being the
liaison between the key business stakeholders and the development team.

o Experience interacting with clients and project stakeholders including HR
Product Owners, Portfolio, and Program Managers to help coordinate Agile
across the large program at wide range of leadership levels.

o Pro-actively identify changes in project scope and potential crises, and
assist the project team to devise contingency plans.

o Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and
technical.
