Works with colleagues to promote best practices and standards in software design and development. · Leads developers in unit and string testing. Supports system integration and quality assurance testing. Consistently deliver on time and high-quality products. · Provides technical guidance and mentoring to developers for both integrations techniques and tools. · Provides integrations tool/product expertise related to design, development, testing and deployment. · Conduct technical code reviews, provide project related status reporting, coordinate all release planning and lead the development team through all project phases. · Collaborate with QA team to develop and execute test strategies and plans. · Create and maintain metadata to ensure consistent metric definitions and nomenclature is used within the EDW/BI environment. *Impact on the business:* Plays a key role in delivering success by leveraging business intelligence tools to advance client’s business objectives. *Competencies: * · Results-oriented and a self-starter who enjoys a challenge, gets things done and needs minimal support and direction. · Highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills.
